JUST-BADMINTON Return & Refund Policy

At JUST-BADMINTON, we are committed to providing high-quality badminton products and a fair, transparent return process. Please review the policy below carefully before submitting a return.

🚨 Damage / Defective Items (Strict Policy)

  • All damage or defect claims must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
  • Claims submitted after 72 hours will be automatically denied.
  • The original packaging box is required for all damage or defect claims.

General Return Policy (All Returns)

  • A 5% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
  • Restocking fees may exceed 5% if items are not returned with original tags.
  • Exchanges are not offered. Customers must return the item and place a new order.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
  • Refund processing time: 3–5 business days after inspection.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  1. Inside the package, include a note with:
    • The word “Return”
    • Your Full Name
    • Phone Number
    • Order Number

📦 Royal Mail  is recommended for return shipping .

  1. Once received and inspected, you will receive a refund confirmation email.

Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Return shipping is covered only if the item is confirmed defective or damaged.

Item-Specific Return Rules

❌ Rackets

  • Strung or customized rackets are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • JUST-BADMINTON reserves the right to refuse any racket return.

🏸 Shuttlecocks

Not eligible for return or exchange.

👟 Shoes

  • A 5% restocking fee applies.
  • Shoes must be unworn, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

🔥 Clearance / Close-Out Items

  • Final sale. No returns or refunds unless required by law.

🧵 Custom String Services

  • No warranty is provided for string services.
  • String service fees are non-refundable, even if the racket is returned.

📦 All Other Items

  • A 5% restocking fee applies.
  • Items must be new, unopened, and resellable.
  • Items returned in unsellable condition may incur additional fees or refusal.

Customized & Modified Orders

  • Rackets strung by JUST-BADMINTON are considered customized orders and are final sale.
  • Rackets strung by third parties are considered used and are not eligible for return.
  • Manufacturer pre-strung rackets may be returned only if plastic wrap is intact and there are no signs of use.

Order Cancellation & Processing Fees

  • A 3% cancellation fee applies to cover credit card processing costs.

Additional Terms & Conditions

  • JUST-BADMINTON offers a 14-day conditional return window for unused products.
  • Items returned damaged, missing tags, or not meeting new-condition standards may incur restocking fees.
  • JUST-BADMINTON is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, damage, or tracking issues.
  • JUST-BADMINTON reserves the right to refuse any return, cancellation, or refund at its sole discretion.
